I didn't start Key Body & Fitness to sell workouts. I started it because I've spent 32 years learning what the human body is truly capable of β and I believe everyone deserves access to that knowledge.
From playing three seasons with the New England Patriots, to competing as a K1 professional kickboxer and IFBB pro bodybuilder, I've trained at the highest levels. My degree in Kinesiology from the University of Michigan gave me the science. The arena gave me the experience.
